I certainly can see why National Grid recommends you for conversions from oil to gas! Your knowledge of different heating systems and your patience in explaining all that inspired confidence and trust. They say "it takes a village to raise a child" and I was jokingly thinking "it will take a village to convert to gas" and yet, it was seamless. There were inspectors, electricians, oil tank removal men, and your technicians who were fantastic. It was one of the colder days of the year and on and on they worked trudging through snowbanks on the narrow path I had shoveled from my driveway to my cellar door. Working away in that cold basement until they had finished, leaving me with a beautiful new furnace and zero mess to clean after. I would recommend you to all.

MSM was efficient from the first phone call and continued to impress! Eric came out on a Friday morning to give us an estimate for our heating and central AC replacement. The estimate arrived Saturday morning and come Monday morning our hot water tank was all over our basement floor. I called as soon as they opened and Brenda rearranged their "fill in" work to accommodate us, we were up and running by 3:30 that afternoon. We needed to take a wall down in order to have the furnace replaced and they worked around our schedule for setting the date. Brenda was great about staying in touch through the whole process and they delivered on everything that they promised. Their installers were very timely and courteous. I can not say enough good things about the work that they do and the customer service that they offer!
